A modern hacienda-style villa built in 2008, the property was purchased by us in May, 2023. Named after Karen’s family sailboat where she spent her summers, Windsong evokes the feeling of freedom and adventure upon the horizon. The home was crafted by Costa Ricans, including furniture, tile work, and the gorgeous, vaulted ceilings. Windsong is a peaceful retreat from the stress of modern life - a place to rejuvenate under the soothing effects of Mother Nature with her birdsong in the morning and monkey play at sunset.

For larger groups or families traveling together, Casa Windsong offers the flexibility to combine accommodations or reserve the entire property.
Guests needing three bedrooms may book the Penthouse together with one of the adjoining studios, creating a spacious shared experience while still enjoying the privacy and amenities of the Penthouse, including access to the private pool and expansive outdoor living areas.
Subject to availability, the entire house may also be reserved by combining the Penthouse with both studio apartments — an ideal option for extended families, retreats, or groups of friends traveling together. Please see the rates below for combination booking options.
